Oil change / Tire rotation - Oil change

I stopped to get an oil change earlier this morning. I was told by Wes the wait was long but he would schedule a 1pm appointment for work. I arrived early. At 1:35, a NTB employee said the scheduled appointment would not happen for at least another hour to 2 hours. I could wait or go home. I immediately had him get Wes. I asked wes what happened and he said, we are falling behind. To go home and I was 1st in line and Wes would call me when a bay was opening. It is now 5:21 and I have yet to receive a call. I was told by Wes he would compinsate me and this would reflect in the cost of work being done. There is no work being done nor has my phone rang. I bring my 3 trucks there and can't believe this has happened. Appearently, return customers are not a priority for Shop #853 in Buford Ga.
