OK tire
Canceled of my appointment by funny excuse, ignored and forgot my request

I decided to change tire of my car for winter then I went to “OK tire” store in Regina Albert Street. I applied for two seasonal tiers because I am student and I couldn’t pay for four-winter tire. I requested an appointment and some person ask manager and then they made an appointment for me at 26 Nov at 9 o’clock. I was on time they said to me I have to leave my car for 2 hours then after two hours they said to me they can not change my tire but very soon they call me to change my tire but they didn’t call to me yet. My car need two tire and sometimes I was close to accident by my old tire I waste my time my money and I don’t have new tire also the weather is stormy and the road is icy conditions. Unfortunately I guess may be they switched my appointment by another person because I applied for two seasonal tire by price less than 190 $ and other person needed four winter tire by more than 500 $ but they made appointment for me and cancel it by funny excuse. Also they didn’t call again.
