Deceptive Practices - Ford Explorer Sport Trac

In May I purchased a pre-owned certified by Ford 2010 Explorer Sport Trac Adrenalin Package vehicle from the above mentioned dealership in Colorado. Everything on the 172 inspection checklist had been passed, replaced or repaired. No mention of any scrapes, dings or chips on the certification check list. When my professional vehicle transporter picked up the Ford at the dealership and inspected it he found a damaged bumper, chipped mirror and chipped windshield. Also after I inspected the truck I found the navigation manual was missing. I called the dealer and he said there was nothing he could do about the missing manual or the damage. He said I would just have to pay extra and buy the missing manual and fix the damage on my own. So the moral of this story is be very, very careful of the people at Longmont Ford. After they get your money they won't help you...
