Vehicle troubles Ford won't buy back our vehicle

We purchased a 2004 Ford Explorer at the end of April. It has been to the shop 4 times in 5 months, with problems ranging from computer problems to the entire motor being replaced. We cannot pursue the Lemon Law as the vehicle has not had the same problem three times, and has not been kept in shop for 30 consecutive days.

We have asked Ford Motor Company to "buy back" our vehicle or to allow us to trade it in for another 2004 new Explorer, and they have refused without us incurring additional costs. They also will not give me anything in writing about their "promises" for a 100,000 mile warranty.

The sticker price on the Explorer was almost $34,000, and we feel that this vehicle was not made with pride, and that Bartow Ford is not backing up the vehicle that they sold us.
