William Chevrolet is a rip -off

Purchased a used 2003 blazer traded in a 200 sunfire. My payments are $670.00. Went last week to trade in Blazer had tag a pep vehicle from General motors. I owe $31,000 on this used vehicle. Williams told me they would give me ll, 500 for the Blazer I just about had a heart attack. So they said they could not roll over all the negative equity into the new vehicle and they would work on it. Tried to get me to buy another vehicle which this payment is killing me.

Called up Wells Fargo which the car is finance and they said they could not refinance because too much is owed on the car but because of my credit they gave me an extra 15,000. If my credit is so good then why was i charge 13% interest rate.

Now I am stuck with this vehicle or ruin my credit. I really need help to put this dealership in its place. Yes I did sign the contract but the pressure from them saying everything would be fine. I am a single woman and they seen me coming. I am retired on a disability pension and these payments are killing me and they are laughing all the way to the bank.

Please help me and let me know what recourse I have against this dealership. Have called the owner salesmanager and everyone keeps blowing me off.
