On May 08. My Caring Mother weak 78 years was visiting fulfill us From Asia. We were therefore anxious. We spoke to a lot of airlines but determined KLM. Made sure you'll consider care. Alas created a incorrect choice. Requested wheel-chair help all of the way. She didn't have it everywhere. Air hostesses permitted her to wander. This is nothing, in the Calgary airport she was passed all her possessions and quit about the escalator where she dropped and hurt her mind. Was taken up to clinic. Nobody advised though phone and contact numbers were there. Gross negligence. She was taken up to hospital IM bleeding. I was left breathless and was like HOW WOULD YOU DO THIS! She's AGED. Was that since she's brown you didn t attention to assist her. I am not asleep until I solve this and fireplace that individual who quit her in the ESCALATOR. Only a retarded individual may do that. I need one to start the request ASAP. I am calling KLM workplace they tranfer my calls to supervisor however they hang up the phone??
