Wheel chair Assistance

Our Mother (65 yrs old with serious eager issues) visited by Jet Airways from Chennai to Newark on June 13th. She'd to endure large amount of discomfort/tension/trouble at Brussel's airport to obtain the wheel-chair help within the Trip amount 9W 266 from Chennai to Brussels.

I've exclusively reserved Aircraft airways wishing that their customer support could be much better than Airindia. Because of this I invested $600 US additional to obtain the ticket. (Paid $250 to stop my atmosphere Asia solution, Aircraft airways fare was $350 significantly more than atmosphere Asia ticket cost).

Whoever is responsible for supplying wheel-chair in Brussels airport declined to supply, they advised my mother to wander alongside them. Although my mother was sitting alone within the plane undergoing plenty of tension, concern and panic… airhostess struggled using the wheel-chair employees plus they decided to supply wheelchair ultimately.

Our sincere because of these top class Air hostesses. But people like me who simply require reassurance are prepared to spend additional for this assistance if required. Why airlines are providing this type of difficult time for you to supply this assistance.?
