Terrible Service

I have been I customer since 2000 & it's clear that customer service it's no longer a priority. I will no patronize any NTB establishments. This it's my 2nd time in 1 day at this location. 1st time it was it would take a long time, do they made me apt & assured me that I would be in & out. Well almost an hour later my car goes untouched while they walk around. The excuse is that they are sorry. Oh my goodness never again
