I purchased 4 separate vouchers for ImageCanvas.com. After many weeks of not receiving any confirmation for my order, I contacted ImageCanvas.com and got the run around. Finally, I pushed to get an answer and only got an excuse that they had backorders due to overwhelming demand. Unfortunately, this was a gift for my mother's birthday, which is tomorrow. I had to send my mother another gift. This company has horrible customer service, did not even seem to care - and I still do not know after one month when my mother will receive the picture. I notified LivingSocial of the severe problems, and they did not care either, and stated too late for a refund. I have 3 additional vouchers that in my opinion are just now a waste of money. I have been a loyal customer for over a year to LivingSocial; even when a couple of the vouchers for other offers were not quite up to par. I will never buy vouchers again, from LivingSocial. Not worth it. You might save a little, but when you are not happy or the offer is not as stated, you are not going to get the support you need.
