The worst experience EVER

Mother's day is suppose to be a day to celebrate your MOM. I ordered a beautiful arrangement to be delivered to my mom the Friday before mother's day way in advance in April. When the tracking information came back saying it won't be delivered until the Tuesday after mother's day, i was so upset. Mind you i ordered the flowers in April. I called ups and they said FTD labeled the flowers wrong and it was their fault. So when i called they were going to allow me to pick up flowers from a shop along with refund me my money. The flower shop was too backed up to accommodate me, so i just got a refund. My mother received her flowers the flowing Tuesday DEAD!!! She called FTD to ask if she could get the flowers i sent her and they said no sorry. I will never order flowers from them ever in my life.By far the worst experience ever.
