Never mind that I got an email confirmation that the orders I placed were delivered, and they weren't until the following day after I called to complain. They delivered flowers that WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I ordered.
Then they explained that there is a disclaimer on the website that allows them to send WHATEVER arrangement the florist has available, regardless of what is ordered.

Why even have pictures? Why have prices?
Why not be honest about it, and just ask for money.
