Ripoff Flowers Delivered were dead and falling off called to complain and was screamed at

I ordered a mothers day arrangement through 1800 flowers and they used local florist A Bella Mia. When I received the flowers they were dead and crumpling to the floor. When I called A Bella Mia to complain they screamed at me and tried to tell me the flowers were just fresh, no they were old and dried up. Avoid this place!
