I used this service for one simple reason. My sick niece in the hospital was contagious and me being 7 months pregnant could NOT take her flowers personally. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement for her. They were delivered on time, but looked worse than something my 6 year old daughter would have put together with weeds from my yard. I complained, they TOOK THE FLOWERS BACK, only to redeliver 21 hours later with what appeared to be the same nasty arrangement. I was embarrassed to say that I sent the flowers!!
