I'd numerous issues on the trip from UK to Bangkok by Qatar Airlines. 1. The airport team in Birmingham were rude and unhelpful; I suppose these were consumed with stress however the boss was also busy to actually talk to us about the phone whenever we checked in. 2. My loved ones were 2.5 kg obese (10kg as a whole) that we were billed 433 UK Lbs. 3. I find this cost might have been anticipated on the budget airline, although not on a single so-called a-5 Star airline; being an expat I've frequently sailed having a few kg additional and not had an issue. 4. Flyby EMIRATES they're exemplary, plus they also provide a significantly larger luggage money,

5. About the trip from UK to Qatar, the chair was very filthy, a lot of dust and material pushed within the newspaper stand, dirty chairs. I believe that British floor team are too costly so that they do all of the cleansing in Qatar or in cheaper places. 6. I reported to Qatar Airlines, many times didnt obtain a response after I achieved it wasn't useful. 7. Dont flyby Qatar Airways, there are definitely better businesses available.
