Racist comment by CS agent in US

I've reserved seats for Asia for my cousin, my cousin and myself. I returned early and my cousin remained there for little longer. Because of some emergency she had a need to delay her return trip for day or two.

We advised Qatar airways office in the airport by moving in person that my sibling can't panel the trip, which individual (QATAR throatis worker) guaranteed he wont utilize "no-show" costs for my siblings' seats.

Today, when she named Indian CS, they're providing arbitrary solutions and requesting to contact them everybody time for admission availability. Later among CS broker in India stated phone JFK (USA) workplace as solution continues to be released from there. I've been speaking with QATAR - CS in Us for 5-6 times. Among CS broker in US, I had been speaking with, I requested that why CS - Asia broker say various and never providing an effective solution, For that she responded "It Is your people, we-don't understand something." I responded "however, you might have QATAR airways customer service plan that needs to be relevant to every nation." She stated, "I'm not accountable for the things they say, if you like to create a criticism go right ahead and achieve this, do not spend our moment!"

It was this type of terrible solution I've actually obtained, as though they don't worry about their clients.

Our siblings' seats continue to be in dangling condition. They've requested to contact them tomorrow morning at 9:30 am EST. And when anything is okay, my cousin in India must leave-in one hour 10: thirty Orient (9:00 pm IST). Therefore, till last second, we don't have any concept, if she's touring or not

This can be a qatar airways... So-called 5star flight and 5-start encounter!
