To begin with the part that I had been delivered was faulty and after informing them that it had been they did not actually provide to deliver an upgraded component. All-they did was reply my mail having a RMA# informing me the return shipping is on me and also to make sure and guarantee it. Hmmm, wonder why. Therefore, the e-mail mentioned the component should be in re-sellable condition. It had been placed on my vehicle and obviously the previous component was disposed of. I'd to generate it to get a handful of months till I really could manage to obtain another component from the more SINCERE organization. The brand new component was placed on my vehicle also it works great today. I desire that I'd have examined the grievances on below just before putting the purchase. I never might have requested out of this organization. Believe me after I state, DON'T ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS! BBB must place them from company.
