Non-receipt of reimbursement

On 5/12 I requested a component to get a pool filter device. $119.99 was billed to my checking / bank card bill. The part arrived and that I found it had been the incorrect component. I subsequently named the organization back, and discovered there is another more universal part for $109.99, which was the right component. They released a Return Consent, I delivered back the brand new component (after spending money on the Next) and that I was to get a complete refund less delivery costs obviously. It's today Sep 1, and also the reimbursement never turned up. Please be cautious purchasing from POOLS INC since you may never visit a reimbursement from the return...
