Auto Works West Still trying to get our car back

The owner, Burton Sather, sold my son a car that he said was smogged. After he got the money he said it CAN be smogged but needs original parts which he would take care of. We returned the car when he said he had the parts. He took it back in for the smog, while he had it for this "minor repair", the transmission went out.

He said he'd fix it because the transmission was still on warranty, it had been installed less than a month before. Now he says he doesn't know when it will be done, it's now been over 2 months since he got it back to smog. It still has not been smogged. We told him were going to call the Better Business Bureau. He said, go ahead they won't help you.
