15 minute smog check
Bad service, false promises, lies and moneygrubbing

I first went to 15 minute smog because of their claim it would be quick and easy. The first time i went into this busyness i was told it would be 45 minutes and there were a few cars ahead of me. I waited a good hour and a half and they told me that it would be only another 30 minutes and that my car was next in line. An hour later they said my car was just going onto the machine and finally after another 45 minutes they told me my car failed and charged me 60 dollars for the check.

The next time i got my car smogged i called ahead and they told me that they didn't have any appointments but i could come in and my car would be done in about an hour i needed to get my car smogged so i waited. 3 hours later my car still wasn't on the machine even though i was reassured every half hour my car was up next and they were almost done. I waited for another hour and got my car finally done and it failed again even though i had a few parts replaced.

The next day i went to a smog test repair facility they got my car on the machine and it passed twice in a row. The smog repair worker asked me if i was putting my car onto the smog place cold and it should be running and at least warm before it goes on the machine and that the smog guy should have informed me before i put my car on that the emissions are completely different in a car thats warmed up than a car thats been sitting for hours. I feel that i was unfairly treated and misinformed for the pure reason of making me get more than 1 smog test to pump me for more money and to waste more than 10 hours of my time and effort. I would strongly recommend finding a different business if u ever want your car to pass.
