Rude!

I just got home and and I waited an hour and a half like they estimated and afterward, I went to the desk to check on it and they had not even started! So when I asked what they were doing this whole time, he was telling me how they were busy... But there were 2 people in the waiting area!!! And you couldn't let me know that BEFORE I sat around?!? So when I said, "Wow, I wish you would have warned me", he says, "So what do you want me to do about it". WHAT?!? How rude! I left right there. Never again at the one on Mtn Industrial near Stn. Mtn.!!!
