Purchase van from dealer and van was junk and I ask dealer to fix problem, he refuse and stole $ 3000.00 from me

I went looking for van and stop at said dealer and purchase van that I did not know was junk until I take the van to my mechanic and was told to return the van. I went back to return van and dealer had left. This was 3/31 and I return 3 hours later. So I waited to the next business day to talk to the person who sold me the van and was told we sell are van and cars as is and you should fix your problem. I paid $ 3,000.00 cash for this van. The heat do not work/there is a sound in the rear end and the motor run very bad. Also the dealer would not let me test drive the van no far then around the block with him in the van instructed me not to hit any hole in the street or not to worry about the heat not gettin hot. He ask for the keys as soon as we got back to his business so that I would not let the van run to check heat.
