Dealer sells wrecked cars

Showcase auto sales, aka davids auto sales, Marshall, MI, has sold me, and continues to sell some cars that were once wrecked beyond repair. I Purchased a vehicle in 2003 from them, and the 2 test drives went great. After I gave them the check for the vehicle, the car acted up less than a block from the dealer. I turned around, and all the salesman did was have third rate mechanic look at it. The vehicle was "patched" enough to run good for a bit, then on a trip, we lost heat, the fuel sender unit quit working, and, under inspection of a top mechanic, noted that the car had been totalled and was just a mess of multiple other cars parts put together. The car, in became junk, the paint peeling, revealing weld marks, original paint colors of the hood, and fenders, which were different. Under the hood was a mess of cut wires that was supposed to be the wiring harness. (they did good to conceal this until their jury rigging showed up.) The dealer, never made it right, never offered anything to my satisfaction, and I am ashamed to say, they are still in business, and the salesman, moved back to a volume dealer, earning tons of cash. I would avoid this business. If you wish to see for yourself how they do their dirty work, just go north of the 115 truck stop and look to your left when you are about to go down the hill. You should see the chop shop.
