Clain they will issue bank draft but its just a company check

On jan 23 i sold my car to the tinley park il carmax they made me an offer and issued what was suppose to be a bank draft. That was the first lie it was nothing but a company check, mand it was no good. Their bank wells fargo refused to verify the funds. Then they sent me a cashiers check its suppose to be payable upon demand, wrong once again their bank wells fargo refused to even say it was their cashiers check. So 60 days later they have my car the title and i have 2 worthless pieces of paper.
