Ripoff do not buy car from carmax

I sold my car to carmax and they gave me a check that was no good. They gave me a bank draft written off of wachovia, however wachovia refused to deposit the draft in my account because carmax had to verify the title was clean, but wachovia was like how are we suppose to know when the title has come back clean so after six days of this nonsense carmax was to overnight me a check, but i asked them to pay for a rental car that i was using while i waited for the check situation to clear up they said no, it is not on them it's wachovia. Well i still haven't gotten my check! I asked them to give me my car back and they refused, i don't have a car or any money. How fair is that?
