Was not a bank draft

I sold my car to carmax in tinley park illinois on jan 24 they where suppose to issue me a bank draft for 29.000 all i got was a regular check that i deposited in to my account the bank ran it 7 times their bank wells fargo refused to verifiy the funds so it was no good. Then they sent me a cashiers check to cover the fake bank draft i deposited it the bank ran it once again wells fargo refused to honor it so carmax has my car andi have to worthless pieces of paper from car max
