From you flowers
Terrible!

Unfortunately I haven't read any reviews before I placed my order with From You Flowers. I wish I did! I made a HUGE mistake. I ordered the flowers and I paid #$35 total It was for my best friend's Bday. I asked for same day delivery. I just wanted to suprise her. That was a mistake cause she received THE CHEAPEST LOOKING FLOWERS I have ever seen! I usually grab BEAUTFIFUL flowers from trader's joe's, vons, alberston or ralphs for never more than $20 and I always get the nicest boueque of flowers for $20. From you flowers delivered a very small bouque of flowers ALL yellow. Of course the company advertised it as the BEST VALUE with a beautiful picture. On the picture there was a beautiful bouque which I THOUGHT I ordered or at least something SIMILAR to that! Definitely not the planest and cheapest looking flowers I have ever seen. It was a HUGE rip off, not only my friend wasn't pleased, but I was very upset when I saw the delivered flowers. I complained to FYF today, they offered a 10% money back which I found even more upsetting, so they can keep their 10% because that is a JOKE!!! I am more than upset, and I wish I never ever ordered from this company who only cares about money obviously. Reading all these negative complaints now - well I am just adding to the list of the unsatisfied people. They have nothing to do with customer cure or FLOWERS. Thank you From You Flowers to just taking my money and upsetting myFriend and dissappointing me. You guys are professionals at ruining a great suprise! I will never ever use your service and I will make sure that none of my friends ever will either. WORST experience you gave me when it comes to customer care and/or flowers!
