ACE Towing - Ace's Towing in cahoots with Monarch Crossing apartments, not giving out decals, then towing the vehicles. Newport News

Ace towing stole my father's vehicle from his apartment complex, which he has been paying full rent for. The reason, "Jay" at ACE towing, who would not give his last name, gave was that he did not have a "parking decal". However, the rental lease was signed in July, neither the lease or the apartment managament not mention anything about the "parking decals" until after the vehicle was towed.

When we called Ace towing, "Jay" told us, that it will cost us $120 to get the vehicle, when we showed up a day later, he told us it is now $300. Due to processing fees?

Jay has also called me personally and threatened me.

Be aware, weather you are renting at Monarch Crossing Apartment or use the services of Ace towing, you are askign for trouble.
