On the second week of january i bought i running automotive repair business. All the equipment were sold by american automotive equipment. Later i found my tire machine had not been working due to a bad motor. I did some research amd found that aae (american automotive equipment) does sell parts. So i google them and found their number. I then told them about my machine and told me that they can help me get my tire changer machine working again. They took my number and said that they will call me back but they didn't. I waited 2 weeks and finally tried to call them and talk to the same person. His name is davis with extension number 801. He said that he will ship the new motor and reverse switch. 2 weeks went by but i never saw my new motor. I then called him back but he always said that we was busy and will call back bu never did. I then called him back telling that i really need the motor. He said ok and took all my information and after 2 weeks i got the new motor and switch by ups. Now what happens is they sent me a upgraded version of the motor so i called them back stating that this looks different. They said no its the same and will email me the wiring diagram. 3 days went by and half of the information was sent. Then i called them again saying that i need more information of installtion. This time the gm name suzie answered and said that theres not such thing as wiring this up, it should be same so i have still have not been able to fix my tire changer machine.
Today 03/20 one of the lift broke down so i called aae again stating that i need a part of the rotory pump and david said he will call me once his service person comes in. Till now i have not received a call. Please i need to know whats wrong with this people.
