Ripoff dishonest billing

I paid off my car on July 14 with an money order. Which had to be sign for. But on on july 16 my bank account was billed again. I was billed for the same payment.

Even though the lein was sent to me. Which was dated on the july 14 the same day they recived my last payment. I was talked to very rudly. And this is not the first time things have gone wrong uai.
