Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

After purchasing something off of the net I was billed by this company. That was Oct 18. Today I checked my account and on Nov 17 was billed again by this company for the same amount and have not purchased anything from them. This will be difficult for me to fix due to the fact that I am currently in Baghdad Iraq until April with the United States Army. The information is a scam because nothing is provided except things you find out anyway when looking into the subject. You are first misslead and then scammed as he trys to charge monthly appearently hoping you will overlook it.
