Systems And Serives Tech, once Union Acceptance Corparation ripoff won't answer phones, won't call back, get cut off

I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to contact Systems &Servies Technologies, Inc. (past name Union Acceptance Corporation) I have been unsucessful. I continue to get cut off or i leave messages with two ladies. Carrie Stahl or Charly Harvey. I have not recieved calls back. We paid off our loan in July We are trying to get a letter and a copy of our title. We applied through the DMV here in 2004 they say that our records still show a lein. I will continue to try to call but i feel something is wrong here.
