Ripoff did not ship items ordered and billed

I ordered two All-In-One diapers from snugwee.com on July 14 and was charged for the diapers but never received them. Each diaper was worth $22.50 for an order total of $45.00.

After e-mailing the company about the problem on July 24 I received the following reply:

I just got this email.

Sorry about that, I had a tech do some things and apparently things aren't working the way they should be.

I will get your DC # and send the info later this afternoon.
