Vince wright mr. Wright ordered his employee to perform sub-par work on my vehicle, when I returned to have the work corrected he only had half the work done stating his alignment guy was off that day but someone

I took my vehicle to just tires in montclair, ca. To have my tires balanced and rotated when i arrived I was told it would take 1.5 hrs max so I decided to wait around after 2 hrs and noticing cars arriving getting serviced and leaving I asked when they would get to my vehicle i was told I was next than the manager came out to see who had asked about their vehicle I noticed mr. Wright whisper instructions to the mechanic about my vehicle he even took the time to help out his worker (what a good boss, i thought to myself).

3hrs later my alignment was done so the mechanic took my vehicle for a fast test drive did i mention fast I thought weird but I cant help myself and hot rod my truck once in a while, but it is my truck not a customers truck, when i drove my truck i noticed that when i got to 45 mph my wheel began to shake so i took it back the next day.

When i dropped it off mr. Wright knew right away what the problem was and told me he would take care of it he would call me when the work was done 2hrs later i decided to go back my truck was sitting in the parking lot done but had received no phone call to inform that the work was completed I asked what the problem was the desk person said balance was redone when i asked about the alignment Mr. Wright said "oh you didnt ask me to look at the alignment" like its my job to make sure he does his hello mr manager, he than said "oh, my main guy that does allignments is off today comeback tomorrow but they were doing alignments all day prior to that, Mr. Wright abuses his position to sabotage jobs for his own personal satisfaction he should at the very least removed from his duties or prosecuted for fraud and vandalism
