Did Service that was not asked doing damage to tires and refused to resolve the issue

I took my vehicle in for front brakes, after completing the front brakes the tech mis-read the work order and sent the truck to the alignment rack... I asked why my vehicle was on the alignment rack at which time they realized their mistake. They immediately remove the vehicle and sent me on my way.

Well the joke was on me apparently the tech started the alignment in some way and caused a perfectly good alignment to shred the inside of both brand new front tires.

When confronted with the situation Tire Kingdom felt they had did me a favor by giving me a 'free alignment'. REALLY, a free alignment that shreds your tires in 5,000 miles... No thanks i would prefer to pay for an alignment that actuallyu does the job of saving the tires not wrecking them.
