Disrespectful, Not Trustworthy, Liars, Terrible Customer Service, Cheap

Don't ever use this company. After we paid our deposit, it took them over 6 weeks to have our car picked up and delivered... And this was during the industries slow month! Every morning we would call for an update and customer service would say that we would have an update in the afternoon and that they would call us back. They never once called us back, and that's not a lie. I would then follow up with an email and receive a response that they would get back to me shortly, and never received a response.

They agreed to a price that turned out to be too low, since they are a broker. So I finally offered to pay more money to have our car picked up and they liked that, but still took 2 more weeks of us calling/emailing daily to have our car picked up. If we had not been so insistent on getting our car out here, it probably wouldn't have been picked up yet.

They have terrible customer service when we would call, almost like we were bothering them. They never even called or emailed to confirm that our car was finally delivered.

Please stay clear of this company and use someone else..
