Lug nuts not tightened on tire - Tire Service

I had my oil changed and tires rotated at Monro on Post Road in Warwick, RI. About a week or so later a strange noise was coming from the front left of car. I brought it to my mechanic and he said the lug nuts were not tightened and the tire was wobbling and could have fallen off. I and my family will never go there again. Too scarey.
