Henry he keept my car for two months, didnt fix it and stole my money, total rip offff!

I brought my car volvo 2002 to get it fixed after i crashed it in an accident on 12/26, henry agreed to fix (front bumper, rear bumper, quarter panal and painting the whole car) for a whole price of 1325$, i paid him 600$ in advance then 300$ and then 225$, he held my car for two months without fixing it and he called me on 03/02 monday night and told
me the he could not fix it and i have to take the cae and leave quietly or he is going to shoot me and he refuesed to refund me any money, and he threatened me
