Jackson Police Department Georgia Corrupt K-9 Cop Using his job to sell unsafe vehicles

On Friday February 17 I purchased a 1980 Jeep C-J7 from Sgt. Biles for the amount of $2500.00 under the understanding that the jeep was in tip top condition, with a newly rebuilt engine and the only thing I would have to replace is the leaf springs. Because he is a police officer I felt I could take him at his word that this Jeep is a safe vehicle for my family and me. He also said it has an marine battery in it so it charges its self that it had not been started in a year until my friend Chris came to test drive it on 2/14. I also asked him if it was legal for my to drive home or would I have to get moving tags or have it towed home (Temple Georgia). He said no everything is legal and gave me the new 2012 tag to put on his license plate that was already on the jeep. I again asked him if the Jeep is safe for my family and me he said, "yes the only thing that needs to be changes is the leaf springs".
