Ripoff damaged dash while installing radio refused to even look at it

My daughter wanted a new radio installed in her new car, I told her to have it professionally installed, she went to Mobile Audio Concepts. They charged her $165.00 to install it. During installtion they damaged the dashboard. They claimed they did not do it, they didn't even want to look at it. She took it to a dealer for an estimate on repairing it. The dealer said it was definately caused by the radio installation.

We took the estimate back to Mobile Audio Concepts, they said they were aware of the complaint and were not going to do anything about it, again they didn't even take the time to look at it. We have no choice but to take them to small claims court. This company also installs Remote car Starters as well other electronic items. I would recommend that people stay away from this business.
