This company like many other mom and pop radio installation places does not stand by their work. A couple of months back in January I had them install an upgrade for my car alarm. From the start I was very skeptical about taking my car to them but their location convinced me to do so. Big mistake.

First of all the tech's there are idiots. Although they claim to be trained and certified in installing many things. You can tell that they were hired a dime a dozen.

After finally ripping my center console out and rewiring my alarm so it accepted the add on. They were very eager for me to pay and get rid of me because they were closing shop. They didn't even have time to adjust the alarm settings for me!

Anyhow. The reason why I was compelled to write this has more to do with what happend several months later in May. I was driving around listening to my $1,400 flip out lcd DVD radio. When all of a sudden I smelled something burning.

Then the radio went out, the clock on my dashboard went out and my antenna could not roll down. Naturally I stopped to check what the problem was. Well to my surprise, when I checked my alarm. Nothing worked.

The alarm would not do any of the functions that it once did, and not just that it also messed up the other things in my car. I went back to the shop obsiously, since they were the last ones who had anything to do with the wiring of my car.

And I was very disapointed to be turned down and told that they had no responsibility. I was told that they were only responsible for the radar sensor they installed and nothing else. And they didn't even want to talk to me because they were already closing. If i wanted any resolution I would have to come back another day and talk with the mananger.

This was very offensive to me since it revealed to me the truth about their customer service. I do not know yet how much it is going to cost me to repair my car, but since it was a late model car which had been fixed up, I know it's not goint to be cheap.

But to tell you the truth, it is not so much about the money. It is more about the level of service that this company has, and if anything good comes out of this I just hope that other consumers will not be lured in the claws of companies such as AUDIO TUNE which are only predators out to steal peoples money.

Once again, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not have experienced tech's, they do not stand by their work, and they are quick to blame their own mistakes on other people.
