Worthless $100 antennae installed

I went to henderson audio because i had bad reception on my car stereo. They told me it was my antennae. They installed a $100 antennae. My reception is just as bad, if not worse! When i went back to complain they told me the problem was now my radio tuner! Now thet wanted another $500 in replace a perfectly good radio. They just made a joke of it and insisted it wasn't their problem. Run! Away from this place. They will tell you that a good radio is bad, just to make a couple bucks! Shame on you, henderson!
