Rude! Ripoff

I got a car loan through CONSUMER PORTFOLIO SERVICES - LOAN SERVICING CENTER in April. My payments were on time until I became a victim of a internet scam (which whipped out all my savings-two house payments and vehicle payments). I called the company and explained my situation and that I would be late on my payment. The person at the time seemed generous. I set up a payment to be due Aug 24. Since Aug 20 I constantly get calls at my job and at my home that they keep threatening they are going to come get the car. I finally told them to come get the car. The harassment is unbelieveable. Them calling my home and telling my 10 year old daughter they were coming to get the vehicle is cruel. They have also told my boss this. The phone calls at work are endless and I am very upset. This company is cold hearted and apparently none of the workers have ever been in a situation like this or have fallen behind on a bill. Please watch out for this company!
