Failure to deliver as promised - FROMYOU FLOWERS

I think I deserve a refund of the money I paid for services you promised but did not provide.

I ordered a Christmas table centerpeice for my folks on 12/20 "same day delivery if called in before 3pm" as advertised. Here it is 12/24 & they still have not received it. Each day you tell me it will be delivered soon. At this rate I am guessing they will receive it well after Christmas is over!
I am so embarassed that what was intended to be a thoughtful gift has turned out to be anything but.
You should stop advertising and accepting money from well_meaning customers for services you do not provide!
