I ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday & was guaranteed "Same day delivery" as per their ad. She did not receive them until after her birthday had passed. I was a bit embarrased & they apologized to me & to her for the delay & refunded the extra amount I paid for same day delivery.

Around Christmas I received some promotional offers in my email "Save $10
on same day delivery" I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt & am sorry I did. I placed an order 12/20 for a christmas centerpiece & now it's
12/24 & my parents still have not received it. I have been calling everyday & they keep saying today is the day it will be delivered. I am SO embarrased that they will likely not receive it until well after Christmas is over! What a rip-off!
