Jerry charged me for repairs when my car is still not fix and everytime I take it back he charges me again

I have taken my Suv to the One Stop Repair Shop on numerous occasion and as of yet my vehicle is still not working properly. It has been around three weeks of taking this vehicle back and forth to Balt, which is about a 40 minute drive from my home.

I took out a extended warranty to cover any addition charges that my occur during the life of the transmission, which cost a good bet and then when I took it back after it was't running right, he told me that it was a different part of the transmission so he charged me again.

The second time I took it in he part on a defaulted part that didn't work, but he charged me away. He says to bring back again but I am afraid to bring it back cause I believe their is going to be another charge in which I just can't afford it. I am finacing the repair he has already done.

Please tell me if I should pay this bill, get a lawyer or take the lost and move on.
