Mechanical Warranty - Car insurance

I purchassed a mechanical repair warranty for my vehicle. Two times in a row they have denied repairs that were covered according to their brochure but each time they denied payment. The torque converter in my transmission went out so I called to confirm that this part was covered under warranty. They send out their inspector who denies claim due to water in transmission. Spoke to mediator who rudely told me that I must have been in a flood for this to occur and that I should file a claim with my insurance company. REALLY? Vehicle was not in a flood and told him that. He then began to read me their policy of not being responsible for water damage. Turns out that Chrysler issued a bulletin that the dipstick seal was bad and that it could cause water to leak into transmission. Called back and told mediator about it and he told me he would cover cost of seal $50 but not cover transmission repair of $2000 and AGAIN suggested I file a fraudelent claim with my insurance company to cover repair despite this being something that should be covered by Mercury given that I paid $1400 for their worthless policy. To know that this company encourages this type of behavior by their employees is APPALLING! You cover the cause of a repair issue but not the repair itself because your contract says you don't cover water damage. Really mercury???
