Pat's Small Engine Plus
Www.psep.Biz scam, 20% restocking fee on their own mistake

Cars & Transport

This Company's policies are out the door, I give them a call during the holidays and I was lucky to get someone on the phone, I give them my model number of snowmobile, a Polaris Indy 500 Classic Touring, and I need a Drive clutch for it, so they gave me a quote of $309.95 USD for that which is pretty expensive, I also had chosen to get it Overnight which cost me $49.95 USD.

Unluckily for me, these guys know nothing about what they are talking about, they sent me a clutch that doesn't fit on my snowmobile and on top of that, the 500 Classic Touring as Electric Start which has a gear mounted on the clutch, that clutch they sent didn't accept the gear at all. From there I give them a call to return it due to not fitting and not being the proper clutch for me, they blame it on me for not telling them enough information, this is crazy, I am the customer how am I suppose to know I must tell them everything about the snowmobile, I later learn, that the clutches from this company cannot be bought with an electric start gear which means it doesn't matter what I would of told them or not.

Now, I had to return it and get charged restocking fee for something they made a mistake on.

DO NOT BUY from this company, they are scammers.
