I authorized a $2.95 charge to check on a VIN number. The search returned no information. That was January 18. I received an email with my account details the same day, but no functioning return email and no contact email on the site.

I tried to contact the site thru email to complain that it was a waste of my money, and was going to leave it at that.

The $2.95 charge appeared on my account the next day, January 19. When I checked my account balance this morning, January 23, I found an unauthorized charge of $29.95! That charge was dated January 21 and you better believe I am getting my bank to stop it in the morning!
