I completed a transaction on the Tuesday 3rd January on the site mywinterboots.com. The payment was taken out of my account on the 6th January. Todate i have not recieved my goods, and i have sent various emails to their various email addresses. I have been told by my bank that i can not do anything until a month has passed. I'm still waiting, and now i can't even access the website.
