We received an unauthorized charge of $39.95 from CSSetup.com on August 4. The company describes itself as an internet billing service but has almost no internet footprint other than the Whois listing, which is suspicious. Google searches yield nothing. The website itself was registered in January but shows a 2011 copyright on its main page.
The charge is set to be reversed by our bank, and more information will be provided here if we are able to reach someone at their email or 877 number during business hours.
